our services to some of Denver’s most distinctive neighborhoods, as far north as Park Hill, Denver
Country Club North, down through Cherry Creek and Bonnie Brae, south to Cherry Hills, Greenwood Village,
and beyond.
Though you may have noticed our presence, you
may not know who we are or what we do. We appreciate you taking the time to give us the

Lennie Higgins

As the founder and principal designer, Lennie holds a Construction
Science degree and is actively involved in all projects,
collaborating with staff and clientele at all levels. His
professional career began in a family-owned construction company,
where his early exposure to design, drafting, and the construction
industry encouraged his decision to follow his love for residential
design/building. In 1984, after attending college, he returned to
Colorado to start the construction firm that has evolved into what is
now Higgins Design/Build.
Jerry Brown
Architectural Design Draftsman
CAD Specialist
Project Coordinator
Jerry’s extensive background as a design draftsman involved work in
various disciplines from commercial to light industrial to residential
projects. His other specialties include certification as an EPA asbestos
inspector and supervisory responsibilities for scheduling, materials
purchase, and project tracking at Higgins Design/Build.
